TLA is my favorite, but both myself and my wife really enjoyed Korra as well. I’m optimistic since the original creators are involved with the recently announced show. Also very much looking forward to Aang movie in 2026.

Sometimes what we learn is not pleasant. With learning, we glimpse life as it really is, and that is difficult to bear. That is why spiritual progress is slow: not because no one will tell us the secrets, but because we ourselves must overcome sentiment and fear before we can grasp it. There is an underbelly of terror to all life. It is suffering, it is hurt. Deep within all of us are intense fears that have left few of us whole. Life's terrors haunt us, attack us, leave ugly cuts. To buffer ourselves, we dwell on beauty, we collect things, we fall in love, we desperately try to make something lasting in our lives. We take beauty as the only worthwhile thing in this existence, but it cannot veil cursing, violence, randomness, and injustice. Only knowledge removes this fear. If we were shown the whole truth, we could not stand it. Both lovely and horrible details make us human, and when knowledge threatens to show us our follies, we may realize that we are not yet ready to leave them behind. Then the veil closes again, and we sit meditating before it, trying to prepare ourselves for the moment when we dare to part the curtain completely.

I bet that lunchbox was great. This variant seemed like the best way to honor the series although there was a snazzy gold foil variant as well.
Art and story would be about a 7.5 or 8. The series relies on nostalgia and familiarity with source material but it is setting the stage for a slightly more mature continued storyline. The writer has also recently done Predator work for Marvel.
I used Voyager for a long time, but have been using Arctic for a while now and will probably stick with it. It’s UI/UX isn’t quite as refined as Voyager, but it has feature parity and feels much more like a native app. I’m pretty sure Voyager was originally a web app and in some ways doesn’t behave like a native iOS app. It’s solid though and is actively developed.

Issue 6 was cowabunga. New artist is bodacious. So glad to be collecting this run as it appears to maybe go down as an all time great.
I liked that series too. Good to know Off-World sticks the landing.
