I find it really sickening how the LGBT+ community is used as a scapegoat for burdening the healthcare system with HIV as if non-LGBT+ groups can do no wrong with spreading STDs. We need to focus on solutions instead of blame now that medical technologies are considerably improving

I read that Woodlands Checkpoint is going to be expanded and OWTC and several HDB flats were acquired. Are they waiting to dismantle Woodlands Train Checkpoint and carry out the expansions once the RTS is ready?
