Well the magic of a remake is that you can still poay the old game if you’re not happy with it😅

I have no problem with remakes as long as they aren’t just trying to grab some cash from you without any work.

I’ve really enjoyed the Final Fantasy VII remakes or the Planet of the Apes remakes. Yes they aren’t perfect, but it feels like some passion was put into these projects.

As long as we aren’t just getting remakes, I have nothing against it. And sometimes remakes even have more originality than another generic game.

Threema ne nécessite aucune carte SIM.

Nous n’utilisons que ça dans notre famille.

Oh great to know. Another reason for me never to get a PSVR2 on top of my fear of isolating myself into games while my kids are playing around.

OS, hardware..it’s part of a whole. For me the goal is too be able to play every game without hassle at a budget of max 1000 bucks every 7-10 years.

Will see what the future gives us. Maybe the Playstation 6 will be perfectly fine with a disc or maybe we’ll get great Steam consoles soon.

Of course but what applies to the steam deck also applies to a lot of PC’s worth less than a thousand bucks.

On a 2000 bucks computer I can only hope that you don’t have to compromise.

A Gnome OS that you could use is a really interesting project!

I love Fedora but I guess what I love in it was s in fact Gnome since I don’t think the Fedora team is making a lot of modifications.

Could be for some games, but it doesn’t apply to games which had the resume activities and were still exposing you a thousand times to the same screens.

Also, at this point, they don’t know what game mode you’re gonna play so I don’t think they can load much except the general menu.

What I really don’t understand is how crazy it is in 2024 to have to go through the same screen telling you who’s the developer and publisher of the game even after 150 hours of playing time.

I think we should have an option to go to certain parts of the game directly in the welcome screen from your Playstation.

I use Infomaniak Mail for my emails and kDrive from infomaniak too as an alternative to Google Drive.

It’s a swiss company from Geneva (where I live) and it’s also used by the state of Geneva for hosting and other things.

I really highly rate their products and prices. The email is free.

Not from what I’m seeing in some Steam Deck videos.

Just choosing between performance and fidelity on Playstation is already too much for me 😅

No more physical games would probably push me toward a Linux gaming PC as the games would be cheaper and the system more polyvalent.

Still, I don’t want to have to go through a lot of settings to find a way to make the game run properly so I hope I’ll still see advantages in future consoles.
