I love lamb. I love organ meats and I wish we had a larger variety of animals available where I live. I miss italy... I love handling meat and making it into something delicious. I would watch the lamb behind my house and be excited knowing Christmas and Easter was coming just so we got to eat roast lamb.

That's because you're active. Being a couch potato is one of the most damaging things you can do to your body. An object at rest stays at rest.... forever.
I know what fixed my issues but i enjoy carbs and not exercising too much... strict keto eliminated all ny inflammation and pain and exercise gave me the energy I needed and strengthened my joint muscles... problem is my SO makes amazing pizza and they put me on a beta blocker for my POTS and well... yeah, that killed my exercise drive.

I was using it until boost came out. Swiping was extremely sensitive (no idea of they fixed it) and it would crash because it kept wanting to swipe both left and right and would just have a seizure. I wish joey were available...
