Fruit trees take one month to mature before they can give fruit - if you plant an orange tree in the middle of spring it won't start giving fruit until mid summer.
AlligatorBlizzard
It's also available as a Flatpak for those of us running Linux now.
I'm on the wait list for it at my local library!
I started the job last month so I haven't been able to get through much, I've read Consider Phlebas by Iain Banks' which was not my favorite - it's very 80's sci fi and I've heard the other books are better, and Nevada by Imogen Binnie which I really liked but it's very much written for a trans audience and I don't think it'd resonate for anyone else. I'm doing order fulfillment at a delivery-based convenience store, the pay isn't amazing but listening to audio books and not having to deal with customers is nice, although the delivery drivers can suck just as bad (but we can block them from doing deliveries for a month if they're assholes).
The weight distribution could be difficult to get right, they're weighted everywhere. Target has a few I've been tempted by, they're cute and soft, but I can't in good conscience recommend anyone shop there.
This is a repost from the .ml comm, I mentioned Pufferdle in a comment there, it's similar but you're guessing the fish in Stardew.
Blåhaj is a solid option too, and I just checked their TOS and it's 16+ and they have the best loading screens 🩵🩷🤍🩷🩵
SJW is 16+ according to the legal section, I'm on the SJW Matrix chat and I can confirm with the admins if there's interest.
We're defederated from Beehaw so if there's any active users from there you'd lose them moving to SJW, and vice versa.
Edit: .zip seems to be 18+ per their TOS, Sopuli is 16+, world is 18+, and Beehaw can refederate >:(
Edit2: Sopuli and Beehaw are still federated, Sopuli might be the right choice, but I know quite a few .ee comms are looking at piefed and they've got some nice migration tools but I don't know much about the piefed instances beyond seeing their users and communities once in a while.
FYI this link got reposted to [email protected], that one is actually moderated and is generally more active.
(No clue where it's moving at the end of the month)
I just finished listening to the Sourdough audiobook at work, that was fun, thanks for the book recommendation!
