Is it possible to make the navbar stick at the top of the browser and not scroll when the page is scrolled?

Awesome, thanks! Yeah I was mostly interested in range, speed, and reliability. Sounds like this ticks most of the boxes I'm interested in. Have you had any reliability issues? And if you've dealt with Apollo support, how was the experience?

Trying to figure out the title and author of a short story / novel I read long ago (lemm.ee)
 

It was a post-apocalyptic story. The protagonist was a young teenage girl who comes out of some kind of a bomb shelter and has to deal with a world where almost everybody seems to have died. She was written as very bright and into martial arts I think. I seem to recall it was written in an odd style. Any ideas?
