I'm an airplane tech, and the number of times I've taken screws from the prepick bin, not been able to install them due to access, and then taken ~~the~~ them home and washed them is too damn high. I have also washed plastic bags, sockets, a screwdriver once, rubber gloves, and zip ties.
My son loves to draw, so I washed plenty of pencils. Sigh.

Am I the only one who never carries change, doesn't collect rocks, but once broke a washing machine (it started smoking) because I left a screwdriver and some bolts in the pocket of my coveralls?

For me it's guitar picks. Every laundry day theres at least a couple in the bottom of the washer.
