I'm not s fan of ranking distros. Choice in the GNU Linux ecosystem is a good thing. What works for one person does not necessarily work for all.
I'd love to read your explanation for each distro's ranking.
Sadly, I don't know if Fedora is "Amazing" for new users anymore. For non-free codecs, Nvidia card support, Steam etc you need to enable RPMFusion and get correct packages / setup some stuff like h/w acceleration, which seems to trip up a lot of new users (based on countless Reddit posts I have seen around this). Secondly, due to the frequent updates, they have had a couple of major issues in recent times (e.g. most recently with Flatpaks and a few months back with Nvidia cards), which were quite difficult for new users to resolve. Probably Pop OS! should be in that category instead, since it pretty much works out of the box.
Lastly, while I probably know why you put Ubuntu in the "Devil" category, I think it could be there in the "Amazing [...]" section as well, because for new users it's probably the easiest distro to setup and troubleshoot simply because of the large amount of information / tutorials centered around Ubuntu that are out there.

Yes. Gentoo is a metadistro - it gives you the tools to create your own Linux OS. However without binary package repository (which is something that Gentoo's Portage system supports) your system updates will be as slow/fast as your computer can compile. For lightweight binary distro, I'd probably go with Alpine. I used Arch for a while, but it was too bleeding edge for me.
That said, I've been using Gentoo for almost 20 years. I don't use it for because it can be made fast, but because "Gentoo is the choice edition" and stable rolling releases.
Slack as Supreme is nostalgia. At least your Fedora ranking is logical.
I do agree. Slackware is a great distro but imho belongs to some kind of users

Ubuntu and Mint are the same thing.
It includes cinnamon which is mints in house DE, but all DEs can be installed on any distro. Mint is just Ubuntu with extra proprietary stuff. My point was that it’s weird to have them in separate arbitrary categories. Labeling Ubuntu as “Devil” and Mint as “Amazing” is odd when you realize they are the same.
Mint has extra proprietary stuff? I'm gonna need a source on that one. Mint is the distro Ubuntu wants to be.

I think all the software added to Mint is open source but I can be wrong
I thought they packaged some proprietary media codecs and drivers to make it more user friendly out of the box. I could also be mistaken about the status of those items.
