Of course not, we're still getting ready
I get this too. I booked a doctors appointment for 4:45PM at 2pm. could not get a single thing done at work for the rest of the day. :/
Is this not normal? This is just every day life for me.
For me, it manifests in being annoyingly early a lot of the time due to me overestimating how long something will take and being terrified of disappointing people.
I can do whatever planning I want and still get late lol. Like I take very little time overall to get ready but I'll still push it out until it's late.
For me it's just "oh yeah I'll be able to wake up and quickly get ready" and then I just wake up an hour after the event has started
I just finished doing a video walk through for an apartment. It was at 8 am, and I have been awake since 6 am.
Me undiagnosed
Wait, is this not normal?
