Is there a way to get push notifications for replies and/or specific communities? There's only a couple that I sub to that I'd want to prioritize and one that I mod.

I was actually searching for that on google earlier today.

Would be nice to know if there was a reply to a post, or a comment

It's planned for an upcoming update, if you read the release notes it's mentioned in there.
