N is the number elements to be parsed by the function

n = 1 and you have O(1)

Yeah, and they're probably the first to accuse you of weaponizing your neurodivergence or depression/burnout.

Everyone is discussing semantics, and no one is mentioning that the bible creation of the woman was mistranslated and the word that was translated into "rib" actually means something closer to "appendage", and the only bone that is missing in men is actually the phallic bone when compared to other mammals, men and women have the same number of ribs.

Edit: PS: I don't actually take the bible's story seriously but think it's an interesting and funny fact.

Struggles with working memmory and executive function especially when work was just leaving me burnt-out. Although I found my autism to be more evident initially.

Because there is practically no risk of damaging the device and bricking it. If you knew anything about the the distribution, it's inhalation and android you'd know that the risk is almost nonexistent and reversible. I understand you don't want to run any risk, sure, it's a valid reason, but to damage the device is practically impossible just from installing another android variant.

All modern phones come with a locked bootloader. This is to protect the OS and the User data, preventing anyone with physical access to the devixe from reseting the device and installing their own software without permissikn. I had to unlock mine on my 1+ 7P before installing /e/OS. It might just be that carrier locked phones might need something extra to unlock them not sure.

There's almost no risk, you can install it from the browser, the bootloader gets relocked so no issues with banking apps and rooted device, and you can still have play services on the phone but without it being able to access the whole storage and device info. You seem to literally just be spewing words without knowing anything about the subject.

If you don't want it I'd be willing to take it and experiment myself with graphene OS.

That's exaxtly what I was thinking

If there's interest I edit the post to include the server specs.

As more people flock over to the fediverse from reddit, twitter and other centralised proprietary networks it is important that you keep your e-mail and other important accounts safe from hijacking attempts. Since anyone can simply spin up an instance and host users and communities it is important that you don't divulge your internet personal details to anyone as these can be harvested by the instance owner and by any instance you erroneously try to login to or simply the instance could be hacked and the user data harvasted. With this in mind here are some suggestions for good OPSEC (Operation Security):

  • Don't use your main e-mail address. Either create a new one or better sign up for an e-mail forwarding service and set-up forwarding addresses for each instance you sign up to. Since these are throw away addresses, if it gets leaked you can just delete the address and create a new one without compromising your main e-mail address. (Bonus: this can also be used to use unique addresses for traditional web services and make it easy to know how and from where an address got leaked)

Here is a nice article with some e-mail forwarding providers to get you started

  • Use a password manager and generate strong and unique passwords for any and all instances and services you use, this way you won't divulge a password used on another account to the instance owner, or if the address used (especially if you used your main e-mail address)/got leaked your account will still be safe from hijacking by attempting to use password dictionaries to guess the password.

Some passvault suggestions:

  • Passbolt (self hosted)
  • Bitwarden (self hosted and hosted options)
  • Vaultwarden (unlocked self hosted alternative to bitwarden)

These are my main security suggestions for all you new and existing lemmings. Feel free to suggest other security considerations to have and other services beyond those mentioned. Stay safe and have fun posting and commenting.

Thank you! (discuss.tchncs.de)

At the moment I don't have the means to provide financial support but still wanted to say thank you for providing this instance, a place for those wanting to join the fediverse but not wanting to join the major instances. Once I have the financial means again I'll definitely consider supporting!
