Almost as legit as a Maine roll from a sketchy roadside stand in Camden Maine during the off season. Missing the lettuce and meat tossed in mayo! ๐Ÿคฃ

Agreed. I won't do it again, wanted to see how it compared to the last lobster roll I got in Maine! It wasn't tossed in mayo and no lettuce so while it was definitely inspired by Maine rolls, not quite the same as from the lobster stands on the coast. Not bad for 1,750 miles away, though!
