Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin in the smoker with honey mustard seed bourbon glaze.

Get pork renderloin. Season with pork rub of your choice. Weave bacon into a mat. Wrap around the tenderloin.

Glaze is 2 parts Freihofers mustard with seeds, 2x parts honey, 1x part bourbon. Put in sauce pan and simmer a bit to mix everything.

Put pork in smoker until internal temp is about 130F. Glaze and continue cooking. Repeat Glaze a couple of times. When temp is 150 remove and stand for about 15 minutes.

Looks really good but honestly time and time again I find myself thinking bacon sounds/looks good and then not really liking it. Bacon is like the cranberry if meats.
