From my time in the demo I found the 30 FPS lock in cutscenes very jarring, because what the game classed as a 'cutscene' was very broad. There'd be parts where I could still move the camera during a brief narrative scene but the FPS was knocked down anyway.

I gave it a shot and it was better than I expected but the horizontal tearing and controls were really annoying.
