I think improvisation is amazing, I wish people would share base ideas that can be realised in many ways, here is one chord progressions I've been having fun with these last few days:

It goes like this: i - #VIIaug - VIIsus4 - VI - i/v - #vii°/v - i/iii

Which I like to play in Gminor/G harmonic minor using the following specific note: Gm (G,Bb,D) - F#aug (F#,Bb,D) - Fsus4 (F,Bb,C) - F (F,A,C) - Eb (Eb,G,Bb) - Gm (D,G,Bb) - F#dim (C,F#,A) - Gm (Bb,D,G)
