Slam dunk McMansion. About as McMansion as it gets without just having an entire grass outside and zero other plants. Ugh, these kinds of houses cause me pain. So much wasted space and resources and water...
What's most offensive to me in so many of these posts is all the grass.
I mean, you've got money and some little architect or builder-designer is getting a chance to go a little nuts, I don't care. It's huge and you end up singlehandedly buying the electric company a new coal scrubber or solar field, you know, that's what public policy is for.
But, plant some shrubbery for God's sake. A baroque hedge garden filled with lavender and bee balm would be appropriately tacky and also serve a few bees.
You are right! I expected an HOA, but instead it appears the owners are just boring.
The pool looks brutal. No shade, lots of concrete. No privacy.

I feel like TN should just be off limits for this Com. It's just too damn easy. This is every third house in suburban TN.
I think TN and CA have really horrible houses overall!
