Also not OP, but definitely check out Serious Eats' recipe - it's a good one.

Boil the pasta (whichever kind you prefer, I prefer spaghetti) for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package.

drain and put the pasta aside and some pasta water

Fry some garlic in salted butter

Add some lemon zest

Add the pasta, lots of parmesan cheese and the pasta water

Add the lemon juice

More parmesan cheese

And to finish plate it and add some basilic.

Enjoy!

You should check out Pasta Aglio e Olio then. Pretty simple and fast and tastes really good aswell.

Yes! This is just about my fave thing ever.

I've made this 3 times and every time I can't get the sauce to emulsify. I've heard asking extra starch can help.

It looks exquisite, a few simple flavors. This is real Italian cuisine! 😋

Pasta al limone is my new favourite pasta to have during hot summer days. I recommend making salt preserved lemons and using them to make it, like in this video's second recipe.

Wow I better start now if I want it before summer ends!

It’s 1am, and I’m seriously considering making this for breakfast now. It’s worth breaking some breakfast food conventions for this

This looks lovely, I hope you have a nice meal this evening :-)

Looks solid. Definitely adding this to my list of recipes to make.
