That's what I ended up doing, thanks! Put in a 0.2mm disk right at the problem area, now I've got a nice clean bridge.
Is there a hole in that nub? It looks like it's trying to do the walls around the hole in the nub.
This is the answer with anything based on slic3r in my experience.
Is this your model @op? If yes, you can add two rectangles to either side of the hole that are 0.25mm or so in height to serve as a built in bridge and trick the slicer.
Not my model (Added source to my post). That was a good idea, though. What I ended up doing (and can't believe I didn't think of it sooner. Been a long day...) is adding a 0.2mm disk right at the problem height and it's looking good!
I got the idea while building my Voron - the designers bake a lot of tricks like this into their files. I've adopted a lot of them to improve printability and am happy to share the knowledge!
No visible hole in the model. Maybe there's something funky going on with the model
There is that trick of making a layer or two with rectangular holes on the top of that cylindrical one.

But sacrificial bridges is a bit generic. It's sacrificial bridges with a rectangle circumscribed on the hole cut from it.
Pla is amazing. The tiny bridge on what i was able to print is something else. There's even a supportless mode they are testing.

It looks like you already found a solution, but to be honest: I wanted to help you out, but the model is just 100mm high. If you are at 195mm height, I couldn't even reproduce your issue. I looked around to find a hole similar to the screenshot, but haven't found it. Looked through the layers but haven't found any of mid-air prints :(
Printed at 200% (So 200mm tall in total). 195mm was just that layer's height. Who knows what little setting was making it be like that.
