Hey guys,

I'm a member of several really good private torrent trackers so I have no issue downloading movies and shows. However, sometimes I like to have live TV in the background while I'm working. I haven't been able to find a reliable way to do this since Mobdro went down. Are there any options?

I'm preferably looking for something that has an Android TV app, although I'd be open to buying a little set top box as long as it isn't too expensive. I've done a bit of research and have seen quite a few vague mentions of 'IPTV services' but I don't quite understand how that works...

Hey thanks for the recommendation. Does this have actual live cable or network tv channels though? Or just collections of content played on a loop? I just Googled 'Pluto Tv channels' and there's stuff like 'the Degrassi Chanel' the Johnny Carson Chanel' etc...

The pirate IPTV Services people mention are all paid.

And are you looking for some specific US Channel, oder do you just want some background noise in English?

Oh damn, I thought I'd read free ones exist but they're tricky to find/access. Maybe that was outdated info.

Not just looking for English background noise, I'm after real American cable and network TV channels like Mobdro offered.
