This is the sound-off thread for anyone interested in Amber Diceless, which was the creation of a long-time Palladium Books contributor, the late, great Erick Wujcik. Although it does not use the Palladium rules, its nature and theme are highly germaine to the Megaverse concept, and can be run seamlessly over the top of just about any TTRPG.

If you’ve played the game or are interested in learning about it, drop a simple post here.

Oh my god, there's a blast from the past. I played that decades ago, and even ran a 6-month campaign in it. It was crazy, but a lot of fun.

Because it was designed for groups that already know how to play well together, I'm always curious to hear about Amber games. Did you play in the setting as written?

It started as written, but diverged in many directions, including to a dimesion of my own creation. At one point, the group ended up on the Starship Enterprise (Next Gen version) which was unexpected, but fun.

Did you go in through the holodeck?

Yes, they did! And that's also how they went back when they were done.

Bullets intruding into a gun-free setting made this feel like a very "Amber" moment:
