I've been wanting to stream shows on my phone but I keep running into two main issues

  1. if I use a site it doesn't save my progress in the episode and I end up having to write down what time I'm at

  2. when I use an app I have massive loading issues it works for about half the episode then after that it just constantly stops and starts

does anyone know a site and/or app that solves these issues

Edit: someone already helped me solve my issue

Self hosting (on Jellyfin, etc.) the content you want is probably the best way to watch stuff on mobile, but not sure it fits your use case.

I'll give it a try thanks for the suggestion

edit: ok I looked at it yeah I don't really think it's what I'm looking for thanks for trying to help though

Try Seal & VLC instead of streaming.

Also, LibreTorrent is useful for when you want to download something small.

I didn't face any issues with stremio on my android. It's not perfect but I had the same experience with the Windows and Android tv app.

Currently using recloudstream. So far no issues while watching

I personally use Streamio + Trakt. I just manually track stuff on the Trakt app, before I watch something on Streamio.
