No, no. They were "tricked" into letting nazis hold up a flag and take pictures at the bar and they didn't know until the next day....

I give it 6-12 months before that place reopens under new management. Because this damage control by the owners probably wont work.

The birthday celebration wasn't a crime ("a website run by the Neo-Nazi group described the event as a celebration of the 136th birthday of Uncle A") but associated activities are, such as possessing explosives.

these people are actually insane, not only were they celebrating one of the most evil people ever, they brought fucking explosives with them
