/c/TenFoward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!

Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.

~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.

~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.

~ 3. Use spoiler tags. This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.

~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.

~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.

~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.

~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'

~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.

Fun will now commence.

The other half of what I started creating for [email protected] to see how well Leslie Nielson fits using Worf's dry humor.

All scenes are from TNG

"Sir, I protest! I am not a merry man!" - s4e20 "Qpid" (Dracula: Dead and Loving It)

"Good tea. Nice house." - s3e3 "The Survivors" (Wrongfully Accused)

“I’m beginning to see the appeal of this program!” - s6e8 "A Fistful of Datas" (The Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult)

“Congratulations. You are fully dilated to ten centimeters. You may now give birth.” - s5e5 "Disaster" (The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad)

Thanks for specifying the movies. I was pretty sure that was Wrongfully Accused but not certain!

It's a great movie, if you haven't seen it. Worth the watch, especially if you're familiar with The Fugitive.

Edit fixed the subject of my second sentence.

Also taking this opportunity to add, "You need a man's drink!"

Also very fond of Spy Hard.

No one ever brings up Repossessed, to be fair I don't recall much except two jokes where he wasn't even in the scene. I do recall enjoying it as a spoof comedy a lot (watched all I could of them back then), though I wasn't even a teen yet so it didn't take much to entertain me.

It's not one of his best projects, but I do remember enjoying some bits of it.

This reminds me of Ready Player One with the movie quest planets which players re-enacted entire movies.
