I've seen that before. Developer not reaching the film was the culprit. Likely the film was "dented in" on the developing reel letting adjacent layers touch each other.

Ok thanks, that’s what I thought. It did feel weird cranking the reel, I tried a couple times to get a smoother load but no luck!
This looks like two problems. Problem one, the developer didn't reach the film on the last strip. Secondly, it looks like the winding mechanism inside of your camera is broken. I have never seen images being this unevenly spaced.
Edit: I based this on virtue of the first two strips, basically having one picture and massive spaces of nothing on it.
Doesn't look like the roller jammed else you'd see more pulling and tearing at the edges. This is peeling in the middle. Could be either just a bad production roll, or an old expired roll that was exposed to a lot of humidity? That would cause the layers to peel like this.
