What cooling could substantially cool a 3080ti? (zerobytes.monster)

I'm sitting right next to this 3080ti and its just too hot at approximately 70 degrees celsius, you might say this is fine and it might be if the computer is far away but next to my feet its just hot.

Any cooling solutions that can substantially cool the card? Right now its just the card.
