/r/buildapc - Planning on building a computer but need some advice? This is the place to ask!

So I managed to buy the 5070 for msrp of £539. I was planning on cancelling the 5070 once I secured the 9070XT for £569 but I couldn't :(. Now the same model is going for £630. I am no longer sure if its worth spending the extra money to get the 9070XT over the 5070. I plan on playing at 1440p so the 12GB vram should be too bad I guess? If it does get bad in later years, can I not just sell the gpu since NVIDIA cards hold value?
