Hey everyone,

I am running into issues with my CPU temperature after building a new PC.

Specs:

  • CPU:AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
  • GPU: RTX 5090FE
  • RAM: 64 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6000
  • Mainboard: Gigabyte aorus pro ice x870e
  • Cooler: Be Quiet! Light Loop 360mm AIO

I am running at around 60°C in idle and when starting Cyberpunk it goes up to 90+°C.

I have checked on HWinfo and my Fans seem to be running fine. What is a bit confusing to me however is that my pump is running at ~2700 rpm which seems to be too high for an AIO pump.

I also should have decent enough airflow, but my cpu radiator is above my gpu.

Does anyone have an Idea where the issue could lie?

Thank you in advance!
