My current build is here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/QWdXVF

It's finally time to upgrade as I can only run new games on the lowest of settings. I'm thinking of upgrading to a 4070, probably overkill for my current 1080p monitor but it's the cheapest card with a decent amount of VRAM, and then I can upgrade to a 1440p monitor in 6 months or so. Does this plan make sense, or is my CPU (or some other component) going to be a massive bottleneck?

EDIT: Ok I'll upgrade everything around the GPU to start with.
