ripped off my pcie plastic slot when removing my graphics card. didnt even think this was possible to be honest with you

I have another pcie slot i can fit my graphics card into. A couple pins are bent so theres no getting the plastic slot back over the pins. None of the pins of the old pcie slot are touching, so is this a hazard?

If it is, would breaking the pins off the broken pcie slot be a play? How would i even go about doing that?
