nice. I'll recomend dr. bronners tea tree body wash, I love that stuff and it has a strong concentration of tea tree oil, but washes off perfectly clean and feels great afterwards.

Yeah I have to use certain tea tree bar soap in the shower or the flare-ups get out of hand. Haven't had to directly apply oil yet but good to know and I'll get an emergency tube. I use flucocinide when I have a flare-up but as you probably already know you have to be careful with it. Super effective and powerful BUT it thins the epidermis so need to take care. Good luck with the struggle and keep those nails trimmed!
Glad you find a solution!
I found my life long eczema resolving at 5 months of keto during the pandemic.
I get small eczema/dermatitis patches around my mouth during the try winter.the thing i found that really seems to help is unrefined coconut oil.
Can you elaborate? What is tea tree oil? I have eczema, mostly on my trunk, and it flares up from time to time.
It's smelly oil derived from the Melaleuca alternifolia (aka the Tea Tree, which doesn't grow tea)I bought it at a grocery store; it was in the same area as the supplements and expensive, locally made soaps. I'll add the warning to the post but it's also toxic, more so to pets and children. So be careful if you use it.
It's an essential oil that has a very unique smell.
This is an example, not advocating for this vendor or anything.
