The most likely culprits are depression, lack of sleep, lack of certain nutrients/vitamins, or an undiagnosed disease.
You need to go to a doctor, some possible causes are serious and could fuck you up for life if left untreated.
Definitely symptoms I get with depression.
It’s like the hamster in my brain is taking a break and the whole thing shuts down.
Could be diet related. Something like lactose intolerance has a few of those as possible symptoms.
This could unfortunately be caused by a million things but is definitely a sign something is off. If you have access to a doctor please see one but if you don't I'd recommend looking into POTS, my partner had a very similar situation and we have narrowed it down to this.
- Are you on any medications? It could be a side effect to one of them.
- Do you have depression?
- Are you getting enough sleep? Do you have sleep apnea?
- Did you have Covid or any other illnesses?
- Do you consume cannabis?
There’s a lot of unknowns. A doctor should be able to help you narrow them down
