This is double posted and it's stickied at the top. I'm going to leave it because it's important. The headline is different, but it's the same author.

2026 primaries. All of the House and a third of the Senate will be up for grabs.

If they happen. Fascists don't give up power by letting the people choose.

The question is not whether they will happen; the question is whether they will be fair and free.

Every modern authoritarian regime, even including North Korea, at least maintains the pretense of voting.

They won't be free. If zuck and musk keep supporting Trump, they can decide the election with their websites alone.

Partial list of billionaires in attendance to Trump's inauguration in person. The collective control they have over the information, infrastructure, and financing is terrifying.

  • Mark Zuckerberg - Meta
  • Jeff Bezos - Amazon
  • Sundar Pichai - Google
  • Elon Musk - Telsa / Twitter / SpaceX
  • Tim Cook - Apple
  • Sam Altman - OpenAI
  • Shou Zi Chew - Tiktok
  • Rupert Murdoch - NewsCorp
  • Chris Wright - Liberty Energy
  • Howard Lutnick - Cantor Fitzgerald
  • Doug Burgum - Arthur Ventures

They will be free of foreign interference for the first time in decades largely because the US government will be interfering instead.

There is a pretty big part of me that feels like they're going to hold off their political persecution spree for just before the midterms so the media can run with story after story of "XYZ Democrat found guilty of ~~being a Democrat~~ lying about God Emperor Trump"

It's going to be a bumpy ride.

11.1: fuck the right shit up

What about random cars and shop windows? What about TVs? What about putting a nice TV in my place? Dare I say drip? I need to get my friends looking good for the protests.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

At the risk of making you sound like a racist, do you mean how the proud boys did when they rolled into BLM? Because everything was going fine until they started shit.

And random destruction isn’t the right way. It has to be a target that makes sense otherwise it is just a riot, not a revolution. You’ll have to forgive America for not understanding the difference, we haven’t had one in a while.

If you have to smash something, smash a capital building, maybe a courthouse.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

You're right that it's important to choose your targets well.

You're a bit too generous if you claim the random smashing and looting behavior is purely artificial, sparked by false flag sabotage.

I'll grant that i believe false flag sabotage happened, but I just don't believe that they're at fault for causing a cascade of problems.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

A group of white guys aren’t at fault for causing a cascade of problems for black people.

You’re amazing.

I was also at one of these, and I know a proud boy when I see one.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I'm not sure we're understanding eachother. Let me rephrase, I don't believe they're at fault for the whole problem. They amplified the problem, but they didn't cause it. I would argue they didn't even cause a majority of it.

I hear your opinion, and I disagree.
