So on my work laptop you need to hold fn key if you want to use f1, f2, f3, etc keys for their normal purpose (shortcuts in programs, page refresh, etc) Without holding fn, it will be additional things aka adjust brightness, sleep mode, etc.

I want to change it to be vice versa.

For example, so I don't have to press fn+f5 to refresh a page and instead it would be just f5. While fn+* would be tied to specific laptop functions.

Laptop is lenovo thinkpad. Any ideas are welcome
