Huh. That's too bad. The past 3 laptops I've purchased have all been XPS13, mainly because of the acceptable Linux support (well, not support, but there were people employed at Dell who were active in ensuring Linux ran on three XPSes).

Timings fine, though: I'd already decided that my next laptop purchase would be a Framework, so Dell wouldn't have gotten any more of my money anyway. This decision didn't cost them this customer, but if not for Framework, it would have.

As someone who recently purchased a framework, I love it. Linux support on it is pretty solid, I am running fedora
