So I built a new pc and everything works but I took a wiped hard drive with windows pre installed out a random hp envy pc. The only issue is I’m stuck in a bios boot loop it doesn’t go into windows just bios. I tried a bunch of settings but none of them worked until I turned of secure boot. Now usually I would go on and rejoice about the fact I fixed it but. I’m honestly not wanting to take the risk is there some other way I can stop the this without having to disable secure boot?

My specs are a ryzen 5 3600x Team group teforce 16gb ddr5 3200mhz ram 1tb debate hard drive ASRock b550m-c Sapphire nitro rx 5700 xt
