I played pc and console a ton growing up, got my own gaming laptop which worked great til it never turned on again lol. Ive been stuck on ps4 for awhile now and miss playing PC games and such. Would it be better to buy a cheap refurb, add a GPU and upgrade as I go. Or save my money and buy a newer 'good' PC. I have no PC building experience which is why I wanted to buy a cheap refurb to ensure im not completely screwing myself if soemthing happens
