lately i've been interested in discussions of "Rewriting everything in Rust"
I relate too much to "blaming the user" and the cat on the cover, but most of the time that's it.
Top right one is also published as "Learning Perl".
On a serious note, I'm primarily a perl guy, and Learning Perl is one of my favorite books.
