Not American but one of the authors main points is that some restaurants / venues in DC said they will not serve officials from the Trump administration.

Was it not a main republican talking point that a business can serve whomever they want?

While the author does not scream for regulation it does seem he takes offense of people using their rights, no?

This opinion piece is also extremely biased. Presenting this as if the hate does not come from all sides which to me as a third party observer is self evident.

Remind me: was the January 6th insurrection bipartisan and civil? This author wants the same "rules for thee but not for me" as every other conservative asshole.
