The Eurovision is not called that because only European countries can compete, but because it was created by the European Broadcasting Agency to showcase their new network standards that let you broadcast across Europe way back when.
That said, Israel should be excluded if for the genocide, for last year's harassment of other competitors.

The Aussies earned the right to be included by simply being wholesome around the event.

Slovenia’s request will be rejected, and Slovenia will in turn announce that it is boycotting Eurovision. Ireland, Spain and other countries will follow swiftly. The end result will be Israel winning Eurovision by default, due to there being only three contestants, and the UK and Germany owning the bottom of the board.
