First timer here. I finally got my build to work today and didn't follow the instructions right when putting the OS on it.

Instead of going out and using a cheap USB I was lazy and used my 2TB external hard drive before I realized the process would wipe its contents.

That sucks. Wouldn't mind getting my data back if anyone knows how but the damage is done I guess.

My main problem now is that for some reason, of the 2TB that was on it before (of which a few hundred gb was still free) is totally gone. My file Explorer is telling me there's less than 40gb of space available, of which only 20 or so is free.

Anyone know how to recover the missing space?
