I need help with my pc https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2MTqmC. Basically I built this pc around a year ago. From the start I was experiencing performance issues, the biggest problem of all was that games didn't feel smooth, despite reaching high and stable fps. The monitor Im using is 165hz 2560x1440. I've tried so many things: reinstalling drivers, reinstalling os, reapplying thermal paste, monitoring temps and usage, changing display cable cable, enabling axmp, getting another monitor and it's still the same. A few days ago I've decided to run some tests on my ram via memtest83 and I was getting a ton of errors, since then I've replaced my ram and run again those tests - everything looks fine now. The problem didn't go away. Frankly I didn't notice any difference. What I don't understand is that my pc seems to run fine performance-wise - good score on benchmarks https://www.3dmark.com/spy/52029011, good stable fps in-game but games still feel like shit. Changing settings to lowest/highest/vsync on or off - its all the same. I think that the more I play the worse it gets. I get these microstutters and the game feels less and less smooth. I will be extremely grateful for any help.
