The originalist sect of the court will say it’s unconstitutional since broadband didn’t exist in the constitution so they can’t rule for it.
Oh hey, it's the performative part of the circus where they go back and forth pretending the decision to say "no" wasn't unanimously agreed upon last Tuesday.
Wouldn’t want all those people to be able to see what’s really happening. Gotta keep them in the dark like it’s the 1930’s.
