True, but I'm not sure that the contract would have taken place (or been as large) if Starlink and SpaceX were not vertically integrated. A big advantage for Starlink is that they can launch "at cost".
Xitter probably showed Elon's tweet on his timeline as if it were a relevant new post. Shouldn't need to check if a post at the top of your timeline is 3 years old, but Elon has fucked up that company so much that it's not only plausible but extremely likely.
