Hi , i have i9 14900k , z790e asus strix, 32gb 6400mhz ddr5 , 1000w msi a1000g , I have two candidates , i want play aaa titles in 1080p or more

RX 7900 gre sapphire nitro + 16gb
RTX 4070 ventus 3x oc msi 12gb

which card ? , i read some comments , the model of rtx 4070 is hot , plastic backplate , its that true ? , sapphire is good brand ? , It's what I could do the most for the money I'm collecting , thanks
