Welp, he's right about that part! Just not the way he thinks.
His lawyers deserve what they'll get from doing this -- being unpaid.
They don't need to be paid now. They can get fast-tracked onto the federal courts later.
Didn't it used to be a crime to file frivolous lawsuits?
That's only for the plebians not named Trump.
He wants SCOTUS to give him a gift in a state that matters. Virginia was nice but not necessary for Democrats.

In some states they'll give anyone a license to practice law.
