Our NHS is broken, but not beaten. Together we can fix it.

The NHS has been there for us for over 76 years. But to make sure the NHS is here for the next 76 years, doing all it can to support the health of everyone, we need your help.

We want to have the biggest ever conversation about the future of the NHS.

It doesn’t matter whether you have a lot or a little to say. Your views, experiences and ideas will shape a new 10 Year Health Plan for England.

This is open to everyone. If you are a member of the public or someone who works in health and care in England, 'Start Here', to tell us how the NHS needs to change.

If you are contributing as a representative of an organisation, complete the organisation questionnaire. This is an early opportunity to share your insights as we begin an extensive programme of engagement to develop the 10 Year Health Plan.

If you register your email address, we will stay in touch to seek your views as the 10 Year Health Plan develops.

I have this radical idea but I'm concerned that it might be a bit much to submit.

I thought I'd run it past you guys first. So what we do is we get some money and then we give it to the NHS and then they spend it on stuff. Here's the clever bit, once we've done that we get some more money and we give that money to the NHS as well. We keep doing that until we've given the more than £12

I know it sounds radical but I think the NHS's funding problem is probably due to a lack of funding.

Also we should probably kill all the Tories but that's not really controversial

clearly the solution to the problems in the UK is just do whatever america does. that works out great for us over here. we don't even have to worry about going to the doctor because we can't afford it. problem solved!

Why does everyone only ever bring up the shambles that is US healthcare? It's like there's only two ways of doing it. NHS or US.

because the politicians destroying UK healthcare specifically cite the american model as something to follow, genius. and what other model is that of privatization? when that's what they're saying and doing, yes, that's what people will compare it to.

They really don't. I'm not sure how much you follow the discourse around this but politicians and political commentators regularly cite German or French models. They also overwhelmingly cite the US model as not one they want.

Can we stop pretending that there are only two health care systems in the world. It's a bizarre and daft argument.
