I just downloaded RPCS3 for the first time, and followed the instructions. When I open the .EXE file on my windows pc, it just.... doesn't open. theres a loading wheel for 1 second and then nothing. No error message, no evidence of anything moving. I'm trying to google this and it seems like no one else is having this issue, what am I doing wrong?
