Wow, Swift broke Orange Voldemort!

[–] [email protected] 178 points 4 days ago (3 children)

Remember folks: if we do our job right, this traitor asshole will die in prison.

[–] [email protected] 71 points 4 days ago (2 children)

Hell, I'm still holding out for his heart to explode during one of his Klan rallies.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 3 days ago

I'm constantly surprised that he hasn't farted himself to death on the toilet from his bad diet, and being morbidly obese, and his stress from multiple lawsuits, and anger over crowd sizes, and anger over Taylor swift, ...etc.

[–] [email protected] 17 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Po-TAY-to, Po-TAH-to.

Either. Both!

[–] [email protected] 9 points 4 days ago (1 children)

You misspelled firing squad.

[–] [email protected] 14 points 4 days ago

Firing squads have some guns that are loaded as blanks so nobody is really sure who fired the fatal shot, and in the case of Trump I think this is unfair to the people firing the guns.

[–] [email protected] 16 points 4 days ago (3 children)

Even if he lose, he will never see inside of a prison, that's unfortunately not how the "justice" works.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 4 days ago

If Merchan was planning on giving him a slap on the wrist then there would've been no point in delaying the sentencing.

The irony is that Trump forced Swift to speak up after the fake AI endorsement. Swift would have remained publicly neutral.

[–] [email protected] 102 points 4 days ago (2 children)

Anyone wanna tell him that the only reason she endorsed anyone in the first place is because Trump couldn't keep his big mouth shut? Had he not made a bunch of posts implying that Swift endorsed him, she probably would have stayed out of it.

[–] [email protected] 30 points 4 days ago (1 children)

She endorsed Biden before. It wasn't really a surprise.

[–] [email protected] 27 points 3 days ago

Yeah - his campaign producing deepfaked support from her when she was busy keeping her views to herself couldn't have motivated her to correct the record. This is just the personal stuff - the ways in which his policy positions and rhetoric negatively affect her and her fans is endless.

Trump fucked around with one of the few women he has reason to respect (by his framework) - she's beautiful and wealthier than him. Now he's finding out, and holy shit is he sore about it.

[–] [email protected] 14 points 4 days ago

Trump, you're the moron that everyone already knew you were.

[–] [email protected] 51 points 3 days ago (1 children)

I still think it's funny that this is being treated as a full-blown endorsement. She said she is voting for Harris, then encouraged people to be politically informed and to vote...

Oh...maybe Republicans don't want people to be politically informed or to vote...

[–] [email protected] 21 points 3 days ago (2 children)

How is it not a full blown endorsement? She has publicly stated that she is voting for her, and gave a host of reasons why. Quite literally and explicitly an endorsement. What more needs to be done for it to be a full endorsement? Does she need to say "don't think and vote like I say"? Because that's what it sounds like you are saying that by telling people to get informed, that makes this less of an endorsement.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 3 days ago

I typically see an endorsement as saying "I am voting for this person, and you should too."

[–] [email protected] 4 points 3 days ago

Anyone who makes Americans actually think about the elections and the choices they have and who makes them vote is basically putting out an endorsement for Harris.

[–] Lucidlethargy 63 points 4 days ago

Compared to Trump, Taylor Swift has a lot more star power. I think he's realized that she could easily grab him by the pussy.

A formal declaration of war, and the battle with the Swifties has been engaged.

edit: another epic rant may be starting:

Unrealized tax on capital gains? That wording would mean the tax on capital gains is unrealized, not a Tax on Unrealized capital gains you stable business genius

Reverse Deportation? So you want to stop deportation and/or import people? JFC

If they are failing, seems like they would becoming less of/not a threat?

[–] [email protected] 23 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Someone should show Trump Nextdoor. He’d fucking love that app.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 4 days ago

He is that app

[–] [email protected] 16 points 4 days ago (1 children)

He's telling the rich to fear another great depression as if the rich didn't make fucking bank during the actual great depression.

[–] piccolo 10 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Also... the rich were the caused the great depression.

he tweets it, others reblog it. are you seeing how this works for him, yet? won't matter. the dopamine hit in getting upvotes for the monster who throws the dead cat on the table outweigh any logical argument on how mockery is precisely what trump and vance want, it takes energy, energy which would otherwise go to praising harris and waltz. he knows he can push them below the fold at any point, including coming off a decisive loss during the debate, and swifts endorsement, all anyone's talked about for 4 days are hatiians in springfield ohio, and that is how internet mockery helps him. this is not new news. yet people can't stop. and trump depends on that. it's all he has.

he posts hateful incendiary fabricated bullshit, and all the ants dance, holding him above the fold, the first story on the nightly news

[–] [email protected] 10 points 4 days ago

Yeah, seems like too few words for an actual rant. Smoke bomb to distract from his ridiculous debate and to get that out of the news cycle

bruh, do you want to get a song written about you? Because this is how you get a song written about you. The song will go on looooong after you’re dead. tread lightly.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 3 days ago* (last edited 3 days ago)

My lady sent me a message about it, he apparently tweeted it at 7am. So she sent me her lyrics: "

You are somebody that I don't know

But you're taking shots at me like it's Patrón

And I'm just like, "Damn!

It's 7 AM"

Say it in the street, that's a knock-out

But you say it in a tweet, that's a cop-out

And I'm just like, "Hey!

Are you OK?"

"

[–] [email protected] 15 points 3 days ago (3 children)

What he really wanted to say was: "I am envious of Taylor Swift!"

[–] [email protected] 7 points 3 days ago

I mean, she is a real billionaire.

Holy crap someone on tumblr legit predicted this

[–] [email protected] 15 points 3 days ago (3 children)

If Trump wants to find out if Swift can rhyme "orange" then he should absolutely keep attacking her. I'm pretty sure there's gotta be like three people in the world you could figure it out legitimately, and she could be one of them. Or she could afford to hire someone who could.
