I have an 15-13600kf on an ASUS Prime B760-P D4 motherboard with an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 cooler.

I undervolted it because I prefer cooler processor temperatures. However, I'm curious: is it normal to undervolt by -0.21V? I noticed the average clock speed of all cores decreased from 4.6 GHz to 4.42 GHz, prompting me to adjust it to -0.19V.

Running a Cinebench test and stress tests for an hour, I recorded a max temperature of 70°C and 155W peak wattage. The Cinebench scores ranged between 22,000-23,500 both pre and post-undervolting. So, is such an undervolting normal?

Also, can I overclock it on my Asus Prime B760-P D4?
