Also - if the shape of a gun doesn't matter, it shouldn't matter which shapes are allowed.
This either ends with sensible gun laws like any civilized country - or full-auto Uzis above the counter at 7-11.
Either we can in fact restrict which guns are for sale, or we fucking can't. The idea that we fucking can't is horrifying, unacceptable, and preventable.
